Smencils!

I <3 Smencils! They are gourmet scented pencils. They keep their scent for TWO YEARS, in or out of their tubes! Wow!

Lock

I got a new lock from that boy today. It is a purple sphere lock. Yippee! Electric Orchestra started today. There are only 10 musicians in the group.

Tomorrow Electric Orchetra starts! whoopee! I am purty excited. It's Electric! boogie woogie woogie!

Happy Saturday

Happy Saturday America! For breakfast today I had bread pudding. I feel bored. This afternoon I am thinking of going to a friends house.

Slept in Late

Since there was no school today, I slept in late. Until a friend called for homework help at 9:00 IN THE MORNING! WHO DOES HOMEWORK THAT EARLY?!!
Mom: Honey, Lucia is on the phone
Me:Unhhh.
mom passes me the phone
Me groggily: Hello?
Lucia: Hi.
Me:hi...
Lucia: Did I wake you up?
Me: yeah
Lucia: I'm so sorry, should I call back later?
Me: No, its fine.
Lucia: Okay, I was wondering about the Language homework...

Locker

There was a locker raid today... on my locker. Now there is no lock and my history textbook is gone. I am sad that this was a bad day.

Sweet Potatoes

I really really really really really love sweet potatoes. they are my favorite starch/vegetable. I could eat them every day! Today we had them as rosettes on our stew.

Good

I feel good today. I had frosted flakes and corn pops for breakfast. We all smelled smencils in orchestra today. They smell good. The root beer one actually smells like bubbles.

Monday

Happy Monday! Today at school I was very hyper, so During History class I was bouncing in my chair. As Ms. O passe dout our quizzes, the following happened:
Ms. O staring at me: What's up SpazChild
Me: nothing!
Ms. O: What, did you have coffee for breakfast?
Me: No, Frosted Flakes!
(assorted laughter from classmates)
Aaron groaning: Even worse!
Sierra: Just a tip, don't eat sugar for breakfast.

I honestly didn't think it was that funny.
I guess I thought wrong.

Church

We are not going to go to church today. I think that is fine. I am tired, and my fingers are cold.

Bored

I am bored this morning. I have already done most of my homework. I hope we do something interestingthis afternoon.

Energy

I have so much energy today! I was jumping up and down and spinning around on one foot at the same time! I feel so energized!

Nails

I did my nails tonight. I brought Ms. O chocolate. Nothing much new to report.

Orchestra

Today Orchestra was fun. Mr. G took one player from each section to play a few lines in a piece, and when I was done, he didn't mention anything I could've done better. Also, he praised the violas in sightreading.

Art

Today there was a sub in art class. We didn't do much work. we got to choose our own seats. I chose what I am gonna be for Halloween, so stay tuned...

Bored

I feel bored. I do not like weekends, because without my friends I get bored. There is nothing to talk about with my family.

White Africans

Yesterday in History Class we were talking about early slavery in Africa and the Americas. Then my family came into conversation because someone raised their hand and asked if you had to be black to be African and right then Ms. T came in and said "Noooo." Then Ms. O started to talk aout my mom and how she's a White African, so I am a White African, too! [that is what ms. T said anyhow] I guess that's one thing Charlize Theron and I have in common. So then I was happy because I was different and I came home and told mom the whole story, and how whenever anyone says anything about Charlize Theron, I remember the picture of her in a green dress with black straps, and I remember thinking that her eyebrows are so much darker than her hair, and mom bursted my bubble by saying that white Africans basically started slavery from Africa to the Americas. Hmmph. Then we had Peruvian chicken for dinner, and today I am going to the mall.

Today

Today was church. Then we went to the CHAW cast party. It was fine. We didn't have cake and ice cream, we had brownies and water. :( I am tired. At least tomorrow I have school.

Well..,

So much has happened lately. As a spur-of-the moment decision, I tried out for cheerleading. I think I did well, but I don't think I made the team. Squad? Team? Whatever. Now my muscles hurt. The tryouts were two days in a row: Thursday and Friday. Tonight is game night. We will probably go. I am playing Beethoven with my private teacher now. A boy in my orchestra didn't believe that he was a good teacher when I told him, so I made Aaron come over to convince him.

Orchestra

Orchestra is my new favorite class. I really like it better this year. The music we are playing has a fast part, the viola's get a it of a solo, and it is not too easy, and not too hard. I like all of these things.

Labor Day

Yippee for no school today, I guess. We may go to BTC for Old Navy's t sale this afternoon. I feel better today.
