Don't Press the Red Buton!

Today in our last elevator trip of the day, Aaron pressed The Red Button. What an idiot! Everyone knows not to EVER press red buttons. Of course, the alarm was set off and he wouldn't let me try to stop it by pushing the button again. The alarm scared off Kayla and some of her french immersion "people". Some little kids also got scared off.
For the 8th grade picture, we made ourselves into the shapes of an 0 and a 9 for an aerial view. The sun was bright. I was at the front of the 0.

BACK TO SCHOOOOL!!!!!

FINALLY! I got to go back to school today!
Everyone was nice.
Kenisha suggested that i drink Mountain Dew every day so that I will be rejuvenated before Boston.
Pree carried my books around (almost all) day (Aaron helped some).
Logan carried my backpack to my locker after morning orchestra.
Lu carried my lunch.
Aaron and Manny took turns holding my foot.
Kayla, Greer, Lu, And Logan were my temporary escorts.
And Pree, Aaron and I had a party on the elevator!

Wow. Time Flies When You're Asleep

Time really does fly when you are asleep! Today I slept in till noon. But I was awake at 1:00 am because my meds wore off. But I didn't take anymore because I couldn't find any glasses to put the water in and I didn't want to go to the kitchen because that would make Wahoo bark and wake everyone up.

Many Nasty Pills.

I have to take pills.
2 white pills every 4-6 hours
1 BIG GREEN pill every 12 hours (at 7:00 and 7:00)
I want to go back to school

I didn't go today because last night I couldn't get to sleep and my mom and I took a look at my foot and it was DISGUSTING!!!
it was:
purple and blue, in some spots yellow or white.
huge! it was SO swollen.
and bloody in some places.
and there is a big sore scratchy itchy pink patch at the ankle.

And the Award for Clumsiest Girl Goes To....!

Me.
I broke my ankle yesterday.
In Orchestra class.
And the substitute nurse didn't know what she was talking about.
And there was a big scene at dismissal with the wheelchair, and my bus.
And the x-ray didn't show what was wrong.
But it is most probably broken.

In Other News....YAY!

We got all 1s at state! Yay! They announced it over the PA system today and everyone cheered. We didn't break the streak. Mr. G was not at morning orchestra and i didn't have his class, so i dont know his reaction.

Homework.....and BOOKS!!!

Today we went to church, and afterward we went to The Book Thing, in Baltimore. The Book Thing is a place where you go and you can take as many books as you want for free! Yes, they are free! I got 52 books. Some were magazines.

Festival+Duck Pin Bowling Party

Today was FESTIVAL!!!! as you already knew... We did pretty well at sight reading...Logan said that he looked at the adjudication sheet and it said Overall Score: I, but he might have been wrong and it might not have been our paper.
Then I went to Lu's house and we watched Made of Honor, and then we went to Lil D's Duck Pin Bowling Birthday Party. I had so much fun! I won the first game and baby Liam is cute.

Festival is TOMORROW!!!

Yes, tomorrow is Festival. Today we had practice, skipping an assembly. Mr. G switched Kayla's and my seats for no apparent reason other that "the way he was feelin it". Whatever. I am planning on going to Lu's house afterward. One group is going to Franklin's, but Lu and Aa and Pree and I aren't going. Aa is going to finally ask out the girl he likes! Im so proud of him.

Short Sleeves???

Mr. G sent out an email proclaiming that we have to wear short sleeved tops for festival. ??? We have always worn long sleeves, even in the spring and summer. Whatever. I don't have a problem with it, I am just confused.

And the days inch by...

at least the reading MSA is over. One less day til Festival. Mr. G announced today that we are not allowed to wear high heels to perform. He is still telling us to bring an outfit to change into for his class, because the stage is so hot.

Trying to Decide

I am trying to decide if I should try out for the soccer team. I have never played soccer before, but most of my family does. I can run very fast. I don't want to try out though. I would not mind being on the team, or being manager, but I don't want to try out. There are many good soccer players at our school, so I don't want to try out and look like a loser. But I do want to be on the team! I would really like to be manager, because I can be on the team and get a sports certificate at the end of the year, but I think you have to try out to be manager. I'm not sure. I'll ask at school tomorrow. Tryouts are Wednesday and Friday of this week.
If I do try out, I'll try to get my friends to try out with me.
The reason I am even considering trying out is that many people have been telling me that I should try out because I have "soccer legs". Whatever. I'll ask the coach if you need any experience to be on the team.

Festival Week

This week is Festival Week. Festival Week is a week of lost music, last minute changes, weird faces, lost rosin, shame, threats, dead tuners, bipolar conductors, frantic violinists, grumpy bassists, annoying cellists, crazy stand partners (but you love them anyway!), and sectionals, that leads up to Festival, which is a group competition that you celebrate after by doing something with your friends, except ONE OF THEM is not coming ice skating because he his going to ask out a girl that he has liked since 6th grade. AARGH! *Sniff Sniff* He's growing up! (see this is the bipolar part! Festival makes us all crazy. Plus MSAs are this week too)

Cinnamon

I don't like cinnamon gum, but its the only thing I have right now. So I am chewing away. I don't like cinnamon at all, actually.

Shop-PING!

Wow. Today I went to Best Buy, Barnes and Noble, Dairy Queen, Sephora, and Aeropostale. I got some nail polish that is black with colored glittery stuff. I also got a cute white+greyish/silvery tank/cami. It has little grey flowery things on it.

TGIF...yet again

My Lesson was good today...I learned the F# Major scale....in half position. Yay! Justin loves half position. I like it too. He was about to throw his nasty chin rest cloth at me but he didn't because he didn't need too. So there. I am extremely tired. I am wearing all white. That wasn't random at all...

Graduation

Its so sad! We were actually talking about graduation yesterday! The year is almost over. It will be fun to dress up for graduation.

IM is sometimes boring

IM can be boring when no one is on. It is also verry annoying when someones status says they r there, but they are not actually there.

I go to school to stop traffic. Yee-yeah. I am our orchestra's new first official traffic-stopper.

Wow. Everyone at school was really tired today. I saw a boy who used to go to our school and i said hi to him and he said hey back and his voice is even deeper. lovely. anyway, we are almost finished learning about drugs in health class.

Another Day

Today is just another one of "those days". I feel bored, and no one is on to IM. I read Twilight. It was good. It held my attention away from my audition, which is what I was really looking for. So yeah.

Audition

My audition is over. I believe that I played well, but at this time I do not wish to talk about it. Maybe later.

I am feeling faint. My ribcage feels like its contracting. I feel light headed. My lesson tonight went well. Justin was not sick. He was sorry for raising his voice last class. I felt embarrassed. So yeah.

LOL

Today was very funny(in a strange way, like not funny ha-ha). The teachers seemed kind of out of it. The orchestra played this morning, Ms. T was standing at the corner. Ms. S let us read magazines in class (scratch and sniff!). The sub was really calm. Health was boring, but easy. We had fun making fun of celebrities, and choosing which ones were hot. I am still nervous about my audition.

Mustang Sally

Mustang Sally is my new favorite song. Yeah. i don't really have much else to say except that tomorrow I am supposed to give an oral report and I am really unprepared, and I am nervous about my audition. Also, people like to have INTERESTING CONVERSATIONS in fourth mod history. You know who you are.

Audition Talk in the Lunch Line

I walk in, turn the corner, pick up chocolate milk. Sierra [dance] is in front of me:
Me: Hey Sierra, you siced about your audition? (yes, people at my school talk like that)
S: Yeah, its on Saturday! Is yours?
Me: Yeah!
S: in the morning or afternoon?
Me: Morning.
S: AH, too bad, mines in the afternoon
Me: (laughing nervously): Im so excited
Sierra: Yeah, me too, but i bet we'll do good!

No School

I actually wanted to go to school today. I like school, because i get to see my friends. Also, it is boring to stay home and not go anywhere. Something is always happening at school. I guess this gives me more time to practice, my audition is on Saturday.
